It is recommended that you specified a valid email address for us, because it may take several minutes to finish predicting binding sites of your sequence, so if you do not want to wait for it, we can send the prediction result and the result link to you via email. Also note that email will be automatically deleted together with uploaded data after 7 days. By default, the email address is optional for metaDBSite.

Name:    top

The name of your sequence, it might be the protein ID or anything words you choose to name your sequence, the name will be used in making parameters for some based servers, and will be shown in the result page finally. If you do not remember the job ID of the prediction, the name will help you to specify it. By default, the name is optional for metaDBSite.

Protein Sequence:    top

The protein sequence is needed to do the prediction (NOT DNA sequence). The sequence must satisfy the following conditions:

The predicted DNA-binding residues are marked "+" for the six predictors and "*" for metaDBSite and are all colored green. The non DNA-binding residues are marked "-". If any predictor fails to return any prediction, it will be marked "0".
