Examples of usage: you can search for motifs using different keywords. Just click below on one of the following fields.

You can also use * and ? as wildcards.
If you attach ~ to a word, you do a fuzzy search.
You can use AND, OR. Grouping is allowed using ( ).
Emphasize a word using +, use - if a word should not be in the index.

Search for motifs in fragments
     
You can enter your motif (prosite-annotation) and all motifs that have at least one fragment in their cluster, that matches your motif, will be passed.
Search for motifs in sequence

  
You can enter a sequence and all motifs that matches the seqeunce will be passed.
